Applications are open to 13- to 18-year-olds beginning Friday, January 16, 2026. THIS APPLICATION IS FOR TEENS TO COMPLETE -- NOT CAREGIVERS. Summer Apprenticeships are a fun and fulfilling way for teens to gain valuable work experience by learning art, education, and outdoor skills from our experienced Summer Programs staff at no cost to families. Summer Apprenticeships are available in a variety of schedules and can help fulfill volunteer credit hour requirements. We will work with you to determine a schedule and tasks that fit your needs and the needs of our programs, whether you'd like to participate the entire summer or just for several days.

The application window closes Friday, April 10, 2026, with interviews taking place in April and May of 2026 Note: If you are selected to be a Teen Apprentice, your parent/guardian will be required to complete a waiver in order for you to participate. You will be required to actively engage in trainings leading up to your work date(s).
