In doing so you waive your right to make a legal claim against either Laumeier Sculpture Park or St. Louis County in the event that any program participant becomes ill and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laumeier and St. Louis County from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages that could be asserted by any person relating to your or your child's participation.
