Admissions Tent

Greet visitors; count and record attendees; distribute event maps; provide support for Admissions manager; relieve fellow volunteers during breaks (volunteer opportunity may require standing and is located outdoors under a tent).  Six volunteers per shift needed.

Gallery Greeter

Greet visitors to the event and the indoor gallery and answer questions about the event amenities and monitor the artwork in the gallery (volunteer opportunity is stationed indoors and outdoors and volunteers will alternate.) Three volunteers per shift needed.

Membership Tent

Record membership sales; check list for current members; maintain the Membership premium table/distribute member gifts (volunteer opportunity is outdoors under a tent and primarily a seated position, however this location is not wheelchair accessible).  Two volunteers per shift needed.

Trail Guide

Duties include walking the trail circuit to assist guests in finding their route and reporting any issues to event management.  Volunteers will work in pairs (volunteer opportunity is not wheelchair accessible and will pose difficulty for those with mobility issues.)  

  • Since this shift is for the entire night, it includes a 1-hour break
