By participating in this program, you are authorizing the use photos of you and/or your child(ren) in the routine promotion of Laumeier's programs.

Your signature below designates your agreement to and understanding that you will not hold Laumeier Sculpture Park or St. Louis County responsible for any physical injury that may occur during normal program activities, despite all precautions taken. It is also understood that you are assuming risk of exposure to COVID 19 by registering to participate in programs. In doing so you waive your right to make a legal claim against either Laumeier Sculpture Park or St. Louis County in the event that any program participant becomes ill and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laumeier and St. Louis County from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages that could be asserted by any person relating to your or your child's participation.

REFUNDS / WITHDRAWALS / CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

Withdrawal from a YOGA program must be received via email one week prior to the workshop to receive a partial refund of 75%; no refunds will be issued after that time. 

 In the event that Laumeier must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (including inclement weather), participants will be notified and an alternate program date will be offered or a full refund issued.

If Laumeier is forced to cancel because of mandated COVID-19 bans on gatherings, a full refund will be issued to all registrants. For those that wish to donate to Laumeier and not receive a refund please email: [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
